Since October 2019
Just had my renewal from comfort for 2 nd year with them and the premium has dropped (yep dropped) from £ 432 for a
Nearly new 7m chausson with uk and European breakdown to £ 356 !!

Just going through fine print but seems like a good thing

Ours with LV dropped from £196 to £128! Same level of cover. May be something to do with the new laws that say they have to offer the same deals to existing customers as new ones get

Not motorhome but had email ref my car insurance renewal with LV come through today.. last year £240 now down to £175 👍👍

Just received my renewal from SAGA it has increased be a whopping 49.1% from £489 to £729. I called and asked for an explanation for such an increase and was told its down to rising inflation, I replied, current inflation is c10% not 49%. Unfortunately, the call handler was unable to offer any other reason for the increase. I tried to help, by asking if the "non-fault" accident last Nov (which incidentally the 3rd party insurers have confirmed they will pay my access in fall), was the reason, the call handler said the insurance company do not give a reason for increased premiums.

Hence, I am now shopping around.

Renewed with NFU last week. Price had dropped around 25%. Happy days!

This year all our insurances have gone up, from House (LV) to motorcycles, car and van. This was before we’d had someone have a go at the van.

When I told AiB they put my premium up by £50, even after explaining I’d saved the Insurers over £1000 by sorting it out myself. 🤷‍♂️

I‘d still report any ’Incidents’ as I can afford £50 on my premium, but can’t afford another £50k for a van if the insurance company decided they weren’t going to pay out, should it get stolen.:(

My house insurance with LV increased £135 because they now "have to match what they'd offer new customers"! I had two homes, three cars and travel insurance with them so assume it must have been multi policy discount.
Called in, the agent couldn't/wouldn't budge.
Went with Swinton for £same cost as last years LV and paying monthly.
Expect I'll be having to do the same as other policies come up... Madness...

Funnily enough I chased NFU for my renewal quote this morning and they said they have posted it, not much good as I’ve been away 2 weeks and won’t be back for a bit so please email.

Had a quote from one company about £300 more than I paid this year but NFU are 1/3 the price of last year😳😳😳
Will check paperwork when I get home but we’ll happy.
Only thing I can think is my van will be 2 years old and up to 2 years they replace with new but the van is still worth what I paid for it!! Strange 🤔🤔
