Just apply for the French Critair badge, just in case, but how do I get the copy of the registration certificate down to 400kb?
I have seen it somewhere but can’t find it now.

I sent mine to an old Nokia phone that resized it, then sent it back. Probably not a lot of help for you, but worked for me
