Almost 3 months ago we bought a 2008 autocruise starfire with 3 months worenty on it it went in last week for rear lights misting up .
Said they would let us know as soon as they get the replacement light I called them this morning and they are struggling to get them as they don't make parts for them any more .
So what happens if I have a bump God forbid.
So calling the bank and see what my rights are as I got it on finance the the dealers......threeways in Abergele said nothing to us about this problem....
Thanks threeways.

O'Leary's will be a good place to try, they buy up new 'old' stock especially from Swift, Autocruise etc.

Cheers guys but they can pay it as it's still under warranty . Are parts easy to get as I'm thinking of phoning the bank tonight to see what my chances are of shoping it as we got it on finance and it was 30.000 ponds and they didn't say a thing about parts being stoped

Don't think you stand much of chance on a nine years old van , you can't expect lights to last forever, think it sounds a bit like buyers remorse to me , by the way our lights are the same as them.

There's no point in worrying about something that might never happen, just get used to driving/manoeuvring it and enjoy it.

Problem is now you have started worrying about it .. SOD's LAW comes into play ..

Someone will have new ones if you really get desperate but I don't think you are going to get anywhere with the Finance Company and claiming you were not told lights were not available. Don't be surprised to find out that some FIAT parts are not available as well. Trouble is you don't know which part until you need it.

Minxy has it right, I've had my Augusta from new and it's never given me a moments concern. Love it to bits, and it's insured, if I break a light I'll fix it, if I stuff it into the rock of Gibraltar, it's insured.
