2008 Apache Sink

Does anyone know where I could buy a replacement sink for our 2008 Apache as pictured. I’m tweaking the van to keep it nice and have found a place who can supply a replacement bathroom sink but not this one.

Exactly the same sink in our 2012 Apache. Are you planning on a completely different shape sink/drainer and cutting the worktop to suit? Might be worth while getting a central dished plug hole sink making it easier to get rid of the last few drops of dirty sink water?
