12v supply to Fridge not working!

Hi, The 12cv supply to my fridge is not working and as a result my step is not retracting on engine start up - activated from same 12v supply. I can't find any fuses that are u/s, is there a relay or some other control that I am missing. Van is a 2004 AS Nuevo with a Thule Omnistore electric step.
Hoping to go away for (perfect self isolating) a few days this week and getting desperate.

Hi, Not sure if this helps but my fridge failed on 12V supply (1999 model) and once e lifted the fridge out we traced the wires and sure enough there was a poor quality connector block that crumbled as we moved it - spliced in new wire and routed wire around fridge instead of UNDER it and all good. Are you able to trace your wires ?

I think all MH’s have a D+ relay somewhere , I know where my Mercedes relay is now having had it fail stopping all functions that require engine running in my case my E&P legs very luckily it failed while they were up

With both step & fridge not working it sounds like a problem with the D+ feed from the alternator. Often the D+ from the alternator feeds a relay or control box that then supplies all the items that need a signal from the D+.

Hi we have a AS Nuevo ES when we got it had a similar problem that the 12v feed was not working to fridge, also it turned out the Leisure battery was not charging, The problem was with the feed to relay, it was a bad connection which I traced back to the wiring which is located behind the glove box remade and all working and batt charging ok,
Also have the wiring drawing for AS Nuveo upto 2006

It will all depend on your chassis, my Mercedes is on side of drivers seat

Hi the relay on our AS Nuevo are under the drivers seat with the leisure Battery
