12 volt thermostat

I'm looking for a thermostat. I'm building a hot water system to use the excess power from the solar panels. I can get the 12volt immersion units but I can't find a thermostat to control them.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You could try one of these and control the immersion via a 12v relay
