As I understand it nothing has changed. If you need emergency healthcare in the EU27 you will get it. Either on production of your old EHIC (111) or if you have not got one, the new GHIC.

Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein are not playing yet though, so don't rely on it there yet. You can get the new GHIC by calling 0300 330 1350. or visiting the old EHIC site https://www.gov.uk/european-health-insurance-card
