    Vanbitz to the rescue again!

    Declaration - I have been a customer of Vanbitz for a year now.
    Last October Vanbitz, fitted the Growler, a tracking system and Satelite TV to my van. Earlier this year they fitted a Domestic air con. More recently they fitted a Victron Multiplus, charger/inverter, Sterling 100amp lithium batteries, additional 100watt solar panel and Sterling Battery to Battery charger. On all visits, the customer service has been excellent and importantly everything has worked reliably and as intended, full marks to Eddy, Ashley, Nick and the Vanbitz team. All good so far. Then I decided to fit a Victron BMV 712 battery monitor by myself and tidy up the cables in the battery bay. Really pleased with the BMV 712 as it is fitted with Bluetooth, so I can monitor the state of charge/discharge of the batteries. Coming back from a meet last weekend, I noted that the Sterling BtoB was not charging the Lithium leisure batteries.... oh dear! Anyway an email with pictures sent to Vanbitz on Monday, resulted in a quick response with a sensible suggestion as to what the problem might be. A few phone calls later with Nick of Vanbitz to explain Vanbitz thinking resulting in me making a modification to the cabling. After testing today, everything is working perfectly. To be honest, I was already a fan of Vanbitz, but this latest event has confirmed my faith in them. Not only able to advise, install and deliver quality service, but also able to diagnose faults remotely and speedily. Again excellent service/support by Vanbitz, specifically in this case, Nick, who did an outstanding bit of remote fault diagnosis. I can strongly recommend Vanbitz, truly a family run business that is exceptional in the marketplace. Now, they just need to update their website, which is looking dated, but given their focus is on the customer, this can be overlooked.........

    MetaTrak Solved on a Sunday afternoon

    I found myself unable to release the immobiliser late on Sunday afternoon (30.09.18) and called Metatrak - they were very polite but unable to help due to network failure in the area I was, they contacted Eddie - and not only did he leave his home and go to the office to find the installation notes for my MoHo - but he called me direct and then spent the time to walk me through how to override the system so that I could start the engine, but also discussed my options going forward as I am quite often in out of the way areas.

    Customer service does not get netter than this!

    Growler fitted

    Recently went down to vanbitz for the growler and non starter fitted, stayed on the campsite 2 nights which was spotless and quiet. Had the growler fitted the following day. The fitting was very professional, you can’t tell where they’ve been, they didn’t leave a mark ANYWHERE!! The handover from Ash was thorough and I was very happy with the service I received!
    The day after I went to the shepton show and the alarm started going off with the metatrak telling me I was getting a jamming signal!!
    It was 6.20 in the evening and I thought I’d give vanbitz a call on the off chance someone was there. @eddievanbitz answered the phone (yes at 6.20pm) and told me how to sort it till the following day when metatrak called and sorted everything out!! That’s what I call GREAT AFTERSERVICE!
