As part of my decision making process in choosing an automatic levelling system (which included visits to the NEC & Malvern Motorhome Show amongst others!) I called Mick at SAP and asked if it would be possible to visit his premises and see a van with the E&P system fitted. This was no problem whatsoever and, as he appears to not know what time to finish on an evening, visiting him at gone 6pm was also a bonus.

Being able to meet Mick in person, see at first hand his workshop facilities, fitting method, vans in progress and a finished working system on a van helped me greatly in deciding where to spend my money.

In my opinion the E&P system is first class, the price is what it is (pretty much anywhere) the only factor to consider is to who you trust to do the work taking into account, their knowledge of the system, experience, attention to detail etc. etc. And in that regard the decision is ultimately yours.

The reason Mick at SAP garners so many good reviews and people travel the length and breadth of the country to use his services is because he is the go to man for E&P (and VB for that matter!). He is a proper engineer with a long history in the motorhome trade his skill and knowhow is second to none and he is the number 1 dealer for the product.

I would advise anyone (anywhere) who is considering having the E&P system fitted to at least go along and meet Mick and his team at SAP as part of your decision making process; thereafter, you put your money down where you see fit.

Just to conclude that Mick fitted full VB Air Suspension on our tag-axle motorhome alongside the E&P system. This was a job which required a feat of engineering many a fitter would have walked away from before even starting......but Mick likes a challenge!

Had our EP system fitted 18 months ago never regretted the expense since, they were fitted by Court Conversions at Tiverton, Devon.

For those of you that live down South like us,Graham and his team provided all the help and information on where to install the pumps etc and carried out the installation in a competent and tidy manner as expected of EP installers. We had a box fitted under the skirt to accommodate all the works which suited us well as did not take up any storage space, the system has auto or manual level and with the push of a button you are set up, it’s very easy to level manually and does not take much longer the jacks have large round swivel plates as a foot and you don’t need to worry about sinking unless on very soft ground, there are fail safes to prevent driving off before jacks have been lifted, the extra weight they add is somewhat compensated by not having to carry blocks and levelling ramps and also the vehicle jack.
I would not hesitate to recommend the system or the fitters and well worth the money.

Decided after some thought to go the whole hog and have E&P levelling system along with full air suspension fitted and what a great choice of company and product to pick.
After chatting with Mick and Jill several times to arrange when to have it fitted due to having some health problems nothing was to much trouble to rearrange my booking, so when we did manage to get to SAP LTD in Doncaster we had the use of their loan car for 4 days and toddled off to Blackpool for a hotel break, we left the motorhome with them early Monday morning and received a call from Jill on Thursday to tell us the work was complete and ready as arranged to collect on the Friday.
On collection Darren and Mick went through the systems with me and explained everything as many times as i asked, and when we did leave their workshop it was with the knowledge that if there was anything that I wasn't quite sure of that the assistance was just a phone call away.
What a great company and team of dedicated professionals.
Would certainly recommend the company to fellow owners that require the systems they supply.
