We've been using boatmail for a few years now and the subscription are up for renewal and was wondering if anyone knew if an alternative?

They seem to go on a lot of holidays leaving us with no way if receiving mail.
They.could have potentially cost us a lot last year when we couldn't receive an important document from My insurance company leaving us to go abroad on a previously booked holiday without travel insurance.
Fortunately nothing happened during our 5 months away.
I did phone the insurance company while in Spain but they said the document had to be presented before travel to be valid.
Family and friends are not possible. Been down that route.

gmail? Or search for free email accounts. Or if you use an ISP at least one (usually up to 10) accounts will be FoC.

Prime Secretarial in London is an alternative but I believe that they require you to provide proof of each forwarding address.

We recently signed up with Boatmail for a year, and have received nothing yet (it's been a week and a half). On contacting them, discovered that they are on holiday, returning some time next week. I didn't realise that they had no cover for when they go on holiday. Wish I'd seen this thread before signing up.
