Just passed its MOT with flying colors.
Under "Seat Belts" it says N/A, does that mean I don't have to wear them.:ROFLMAO:
I understand that commercial vehicle drivers don't have to.

I would have thought that if they are fitted , then they should be checked:ROFLMAO:
How do I know that they are not frayed away and the next sharp tug and thats me flying free:Eeek:

If fitted then they have to be checked and will be as a requirement of the MOT test.

The MOT certificate reads " Seat Belts N/A"

Thats on a Pass certificate.

You should practise what you preach
Read your MoT,that section is for vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats
and yours would have been checked according to class 4 regs
