Anyone know where I can get this screw that holds the drain together on a 1999 Hymer? It has a hole in the top where a drain plug fits. Don't really need that just a screw that will be the right length and size, metric, I'm guessing?

They're generally metric.

Plenty available on eBay and the like or from some plumber's merchants.

Just search for "replacement sink screw" and you'll find lots of options.

As long as you have the original, it shouldn't be difficult to get the dimensions from it.

Would it be metric thread? Measure 20mm x 5mm

Your local plummers merchant should be able to sort you out if you take the old one along.

I would expect so, but as Diablo said the best bet is to get to a plumber's merchants if you can so they can match it for you.

Might cost a pound more than eBay, but at least you know it's going to be right!
