I think that is just a fixed installation, not roaming

That doesn’t seem like a good deal. 10GB will soon be gone a £2/GB is very expensive. I think this must be aimed at a certain group of users - maybe someone who uses it one day a month?

It's ideal for weekend warriors in certain UK areas. My daughter is in deepest Norfolk this BH weekend and can't get a signal good enough to hold a facetime conversation, to let our grandson, who is two, show us what a great time he's having. I know it's not exactly a crisis, just a shame she didn't take one of our starlinks and make use of the 10gb offer.

10gb should easily last the whole weekend if they're not using it for TV .... I only have 15gb on my monthly contract which I never use.

Although starlink say 10gb is enough for one days data, they don't say what that is based on ......
