I dont think this is funny my wife has COPD and will need oxygen in Spain. Hope it never happens to you Figaro

You didn't say you were looking for medical oxygen, so what are people to think ?
You might have been planning some welding or cutting for all the information in your post, which told us nothing.
Anyway, no offense intended.
If you Google there seem to be suppliers of medical oxygen in benidorm.

I used to run a community oxygen service for the NHS, mostly COPD patients as a specialist nurse. I believe that you may find that you need to rent equipment privately in the UK and take it with you. It’s definitely a challenge and also complicated by whether you require cylinders or an oxygen concentrator. Best to speak with your local oxygen team who may be able to point you in the right direction. I have been put out to pasture so to speak since 2017 and things may have changed.
