Whilst up in the Highlands this weekend my water pump stopped working on my A570 Burstner (six berth 55 plate). It just blows fuses now
The fitted unit has no markings but looks more like a cylinder than the ones I see on line (see photo). We have a large water tank and the usual onboard shower/two sinks/hot water heater.
What flow rate should I go for? I'm thinking something mid-sized like a 15 l/min rate 0.5 bar pressure.
I found a Reich F306 here that looks like it would be OK - it mentions "automatic vent" and I can't see a non-return valve on it - so perhaps it isn't OK?
I'd like to consider a twin pump for redundancy like this one at 19 l/min 1.4 bar which also includes a NRV - but will I be likely to run into problems with my piping or Truma water heater with the higher pressure it generates?
Any recommendations for a replacement item? Thanks.
