Stafford for Autogas- Is it the desert it seems to be?

Hi All,

Currently at Mo's while our DIL recovers from an Op. (as an aside, cross your fingers for her tomorrow. They tell her what it was they 'found' in her intestinal tract and already know it wasn't sweetcorn!!!)

I digress.

We will need to refill the gas bottle sometime soon (refillable) but the closest we have found is on the A5 below Penkridge.

Is the area such a desert.? Doesn't Stafford have one somewhere.

Any suggestions gratefully received

It's not that far to the A5 from Mo's..
there are two on that stretch... One is the BP garage but almost opposite is a lane and there is a sign for the LPG at the junction. Follow that down and its a dead end. Small independant company that sells the gas..
Cant help with prices as all i have is a safefill bottle and dont refill that often..

You are correct, the station you have found is the closest there is, there is nothing round Stafford.
