We are intending to visit the Alhambra in Granada can anyone recommend a campsite? All the ones in ACSI have conflicting reviews......

We stayed overnight in the dedicated camper parking spot at The Alhambra.I think @Robert Clark has been there recently, might be able to advise.
We stayed on camping Reina Isabel,
That's funny, we were quite underwhelmed by the Alhambra but by then we had done Seville and Cordoba BUT we found a Cathedral possibly the same one and liked it, thought the best bit about the Alhambra was looking at it from the little church the other side of the valley (and you don't have to pay for that), we did pay a couple of € to climb the bell tower for a better view and it went into the new roof fund as they had a fire.Been there too - it does the job, and getting the bus is easy enough. I'd give serious consideration to the car park though if it's cheaper and easier. Granada is a bit of a one trick pony - once you've seen the Alhambra all that's left is a busy shopping centre, some narrow streets on a hill with lots of white walls, and the most hideous Catholic cathedral in Christendom. If you imagine Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen, Liberace and Dame Barbara Cartland all dropped Acid and designed a Cathedral, the end result is in Granada.
Definitely pre-book your visit to the Alhambra.
