You lot are so boring with your drive away routines. Anybody can do them stationary. We set off I then shout whilst driving all the things that may or may not need to be done, whilst the wife is running round at the back trying to pick the correct order to check/sort depending on importance/value.
It’s like some 80s game show. I only do it to entertain her.

Entertaining, I agree.

But doesn't work for solo travellers!

sadly cassette end slipped out of rubber gloved hands and just fell into drain. Sadly complete with the SOG bit. Ordered from Germany with cap - should arrive tomorrow as hopefully will we from our 8 week trip.

The fridge! It just stopped working! Power is getting to it but it is not cooling anything, just not working, and we are away, typical....any ideas???

I have a removable note on the dash about the EHU when i remember!

I have absolutely no need for that. I've not driven off the drive with the EHU cable attached since, let me think, nearly a week now

So far this trip we/I have had
1)The kitchen tap has started dripping and weeping - keep switching water off and wrapping a cloth round it.
2) The small catch on the hab door to hold it open has started to detach again(screws pulled out of door last year and silicone it back in) the heat here must have softened it.
3) Dropped the Cadac when loading up - came to use it and the burner had parted company from the rest - pushed it back in and appears to be working okay

Let's see what this week brings.

A top corner marker light at the front. I thought I could just remove the lens to replace the bulb with led. Managed to source a replacement luckily. The correct access is from inside after removing the appropriate speaker.

3rd Media Units in 21 months…..2 x Xzent and 1 x Zenec. The Zenec was only fitted 3 days ago.

Not my fault, they just keep packing in.

Did you find a replacement? One of my outside locker locks came apart this morning, small casting broken!

best to start a new thread and describe whats working and whats not and where youve found power to the fridge does it work on gas etc

In a cupboard at floor level near ish the boiler, on a pipe that goes from the boiler to a hot tap.

If it has popped, then when the pump runs, water will poor out under the van.

Then checked under the bed where the boiler is, yellow tap and all around appear dry and sound.
Checked tank 91% full.
Could it be something like a air lock?

Heading into Slapton, 1 x rear marker light lens & nearside wing mirror indicator lens. Saddo that I am I have a couple of spares in the garage. The amount of marker light lens' I go through I need to buy shares in Hella.

Oh... and why don't mirror protectors protect the actual part which always seems to get damaged?

Not in reality. From my understanding it’s a new van, and it’s all been working ok. Then suddenly you’ve got no water but the pump is operating. I don’t know what system you’ve got (either operated by switch in each tap, or pressure drop)

can you get access to the pump, or to the top of the water tank?
