We would love to be there but as my PM to you says circumstances dictate that we can't plan that far ahead.

Appeals to me too - but as we're hoping to go to the Twin Lakes meet, it's unlikely. Shame.

Anybody spot my senior moment mistake?:oops::oops:

The dates I have quoted still stand 29th May, & 30th May. However this weekend is not the Bank Holiday. Therefore it would only be a two night event. Consequently if we keep the hall hired for both evenings Friday and Saturday the cost would have to increase to £15 approx per unit per night. A cheaper option would be just to have the hall on the Saturday night.

Apologies for the cock up, but the event is still only at the discussion/planning stage.:oops::oops:

Once upon time Peter - but we have to have a licence if we want to go on till midnight and the venue only have 5 licences for the whole year and we don't want raiding. One of the possible venues is a Grammar School, the other a Village Hall.

So best keep yer pills in yer pocket or pop em when you go to bed - I've heard the triangular blue ones are supposed to be good for all nighters. Id sooner have a horlicks.:rofl::rofl:

Since 2009 with motorhomes several caravans then tents before that.
Please put us two down.
Looking forward to it already. It will give us time to start practicing the moves or we'll all only manage 3 dances , or so , before melting into a sweaty puddle.
