Anybody spot my senior moment mistake?

The dates I have quoted still stand 29th May, & 30th May. However this weekend is not the Bank Holiday. Therefore it would only be a two night event. Consequently if we keep the hall hired for both evenings Friday and Saturday the cost would have to increase to £15 approx per unit per night. A cheaper option would be just to have the hall on the Saturday night.

Apologies for the cock up, but the event is still only at the discussion/planning stage.

Once upon time Peter - but we have to have a licence if we want to go on till midnight and the venue only have 5 licences for the whole year and we don't want raiding. One of the possible venues is a Grammar School, the other a Village Hall.

So best keep yer pills in yer pocket or pop em when you go to bed - I've heard the triangular blue ones are supposed to be good for all nighters. Id sooner have a horlicks.
