I think this is where a lower profile makes a big difference.We regularly get low 30's whilst on cruise control at the 58 mark.Also having the slightly bigger 2.5ltr engine helps pull things along.I know a lot of people say why stress about fuel when you have so much invested in the van and to an extent I agree.However if you are doing 4-5000 miles on a trip abroad 10mpg does make a big difference!

Yeah, we've all seen the "wanted for robbery" posters.I've ceased looking at mpg as I've never actually paid for the diesel myself
I just fill it up and drive it

My wife and I crouch low in the front seats to reduce wind resistance.
