Remembrance day at the Allied Coastal Forces memorial at HMS Hornet, Gosport. My late father joined them as a 17 year old in 1942 and served until 1946 on motor torpedo boats and motor gun boats. The inscriptions are of the various Coastal Force bases, St Christopher was at Fort William where he did his initial training and more importantly for me, met my mother

Fantastic things, weve thought there was some around here for a while, but couldnt confirm, lots of evidence, spraints and foot prints mainly. Then i saw one a few weeks ago just down river from us, but didnt have a camera with me.
Then spotted this one just up river on friday and managed to film it as well...from the backdoor step!!!!

Joe (middle, black and yellow scrum cap) for some reason took exception to the lad he has hold of being there and is in the process of removing him from the ruck.

Looks like the training ground at the school by Wicksteed park.

Nope. It was at Rugby Lions. Their second pitch past the tennis courts.
