Jane who wanted this recipe at Thetford. Anyway here it is and I'll bring some to Malvern.
Base
50g (1 3/4 oz) dark brown sugar
100g (7oz) Icing sugar
50g (1 3/4oz) soft butter
200g (7oz) smooth peanut butter (regular jar)
Topping
200g (7oz) milk chocolate
100g (3 1/2 oz) dark chocolate
Mix together all the base ingredients by hand, mixer, in bowl or whatever. Roll little balls and push into sweet cases.
Melt the topping very gently and enough over each base to cover.
Let them cool, scoff and get fat.
