One of those programs you end up watching over Christmas by default. Hopefully have got name right. It’s about a city run by animals, animation obviously. In it their DVLA equivalent is staffed entirely by sloths who do everything veeeeery slooowly. A cruel depiction which in no way reflects the situation here.
