ZENEC Z-E3766 DAB Issue.

Good morning everyone. I have had a new ZENEC Z-E3766 infotainment system fitted. All is good apart from the DAB reception. The power is on to the DAB aerial but the display shows no signal. May car, which is parked alongside gets a DAB signal easily. Any ideas?

UK DAB channel is different to Europe have you selected the correct one.

We have a different model Zenec that works well on DAB. If you can't solve it post a ticket on the Zenec support site https://support.zenec.com/?lang=en_US. They respond quickly and are quite helpful.

Thanks for the replies. Simple fix in the end. I popped the head unit out and they had not connected the DAB aerial! All working fine now.
