Hi and welcome.
I guess the zenec is a nav system... Have you tried a hard reset?
TV signal is probably not connected to an ariel or not tuned.
If you want others to help you may want to elaborate on what exactly is happening

No TV on our Zenec 3726 although it will apparently play a DVD. Never tried it though as we have a rear lounge and would need binoculars to watch it.

You should have a reset disk to return everything back to normal.

Windows CE no longer supported by MS.

Zenec support are helpful although slow to respond.

For the Hymer aerial to work you need to have 5v Antenna Power turned on in the TV settings.
