Hi my 2019 zefiro 696 has a fault with the control panel. The on/off button won't switch off, has anyone had the same fault and any tips on a fix please

I can only think that the pressure pad switch has "worn out" which is not really feasible.
I m not sure we ever turn ours off.
Warranty issue ?
