We’re 1st time motorhome es with a pilote g740. Should the xperience control panel stay on all the time? It lights up the whole van.

Try turning off the "aux" setting. This is where you turn on your water pumps etc.

No thaw screen won’t turn off , brightly as light all the time. Even tho it says in the manual the screen switches off after 6 seconds!

hope you fixed this ,,mine turns off after a few seconds
