I have been asked to look after a website created using wordpress and I have been looking at tutorials. Is it really that simple? Just click and drag basically and very page oriented

It got me thinking, I look after another website, which is rather stale. Any issues in building a new version on wordpress? Would I need to have a wordpress package on my hosting?

I have half a dozen Wordpress sites, I think its great. So does Google. Seems It loves returning Wordpress sites in its results.
