What product is best to used / recommended with warm water ?

Personally I just use washing up liquid with warm water applied with a soft extendable brush.
Then hose off.

I try to avoid rolling it away with any form of debris or leaves left on it. They decay quickly and make brown marks that are a pain to get off.

Lots of WD 40 (other lubes available) on the joins and mechanism too

I’ve tried all sorts and the best so far is Stardrops
Tried Fenwicks awning Fenwicks black streak remover Aldi caravan cleaner MucOff you name it.

I once left awning out and it rained and must have put it away still wet forgetting to air it upon returning to storage. Next time out, the fabric had marks on from mildew and it looks like it’s stained. I think the only way of truly cleaning it is to take the cassette off and put it in a flat surface to scrub it.

Wasing Up liquid and a drop of bleach.
Work up a lather all over the fabric. Wind it in for a short while.
Wind back out and wash off.
