The new van came with Telair TSP 100W solar panel. The specification states ----

Rated Power (Pmax):100W
Rated Voltage at Pmax (Vmp):18,5V
Rated Current at Pmax (Imp):5,41A
Open-circuit Voltage (Voc):22,7V
Short circuit Current (Isc):5,75A
Module Efficiency (m):15,2%
Maximum System Voltage:1000VDC (IEC)
Application Class:Class A
Maximum Over-Current Rating:10 A

These panel are over £250 each.

I can buy various 100W panels for under £100 but I'm struggling to understand the voltage ratings.
Is the rated voltage of solar panels nominal or fixed? Every make of panel seems to have a different rated voltage

Would this one work with the existing one ----- connected in parallel.

Chart doesn't make much sense.....
Model No parameters 11+/-0.3vdc
Volt drop 15v?
Between batteries and load.164x100x48?

but beside that I would say no.

I would change it for a MPPT controller with AGM profile if you have AGM batteries, if you get one with a Gel profile as well you will be covered if you change batteries.

We had a Varta AGM battery fitted to our new Burstner, with a standard solar controller. The handbook made a point of saying that the van should be hooked up to the mains regularly to ensure the battery was charged properly. This made me think that the solar controller or the alternator would not charge the battery properly, do I swapped the battery for two lead acid batteries and changed the controller to a Victron MPPT controller.
It all works fine now.

I tried to copy the spec - Not very well

There seems to be no way of secting battery type with this cheap and cheerful Teleco controller.
I know the battery is over a year old and has only had its charge maintained by the 100W solar panel while it was on their pitch but now it isn't holding its charge.
I'm pretty sure the solar panel wasn't fitted by Burstner but they always supply Varta AGM in their new vans.

I need to convince the dealer that this system is not compatible with the AGM battery if I'm going to make a warranty claim.

Please see link to the Teleco manual.

Yep the panels would work together.
have a look at the alt-e YouTube channel. Amy from the alt e store channel explains the various configurations for the panels and how the solar controllers work
