Wifi calling 3 mobile

I really dislike 3 mobile and when my contract is up I'm leaving.
Meanwhile, I'm trying to set up WiFi calling

Phone Samsung A54 5g, the WiFi calling has been greyed out.

Any suggestions or is it that the phone is not new enough or that 3 don't allow it

It mentions: 'Please note: Wi-Fi calling must be enabled with your network. Speak to your network if you are able to use Wi-Fi calling on your current plan.'

So I think the phone supports Wifi Calling, but you might to contact 3 to get it enabled or change plan.

Interesting. I'm on unlimited data, calls etc, I intend leaving three in a few months, I wo der if they may use this as a means to extend my contract . Hmmm

My phone is a Motorola but you may have similar screen to turn on WiFi calling.

I use Smarty on the 3 network and Wi-Fi calling has always been available. My Son and Granddaughter are on 3 and have Wi-Fi calling. Is your phone running the latest software? My Son and I have Google Pixel phones. Granddaughter has a Samsung not sure of model.
