Why doesn't my membership work?

This is my second year on the forum and I've paid for my subscription again but I can't access any of the subscription pages. I've now contacted the support twice and received nothing but the automated message back.
Does anyone have any ability on here to contact someone who runs this place to get my membership fixed?
