It would appear that my drain down procedure might need a bit of enhancement :-(. (Bugger!)

The fittings look like standard domestic tap, anyone know if these are available anywhere (or a good alternative), van is a 2010 Rapido 9095.

Thanks

Does look like a domestic tap not seen that in a Motorhome, normally plastic crap at twice the price.
If the tap froze did you make the mistake of not leaving the mixer lever central?

I might have neglected to leave the tap open & central! (Feel like a prize plum, hey ho!).

That screwfix one might be the (surprisingly cheap) answer.

Thanks guys, will report back later this week.

So long as it's not a microswitch one (wires underneath) then any tap will do, personally I'd go for one with a much taller spout that way you can get the kettle under it easily (I did that in our last couple of campers as the original taps drove me nuts!).

Yep - we had to replace the kitchen tap in our first Moho for exactly the same reason - and the replacement was from Screwfix (megabucks cheaper than from Swift and still going strong when we P/Ex'd it for the Pilote in 2013). Because you only make THAT mistake ONCE!!

Probably just need to change the ceramic cartridge. We have the same kitchen tap in our Rapido.

Zoom in on the spout.......it's a bit broke!!

Many thanks Landy Andy , £28 less a £10 voucher that I got through the post - £18 lesson, I reckon I dodged a bullet there :)

Rapido fitted quick release door hinges and QR drawer runners so access was easy, I’ve also fitted it so that the glass sink cover doesn’t bash the tap lever open when I leave it in the wrong position splashing water all over the place!

It’s a bit shorter than before but works just fine!
