Help please! The 12v socket next to the cigar lighter in our Peugeot Boxer (2012) isn't working. Ron has checked the handbook as there seem to be several fuse boxes. He has tracked the fuse to No.56 (page 155 handbook) which states that this fuse is in the Driver's door pillar fuse box. Can anyone tell us where this is please? Would have assumed its in the drivers door pillar....but if it is it's bloody well hidden! Any clues please? (n)

Sorry, I didn't read it, just the heading:blush:

Read somewhere else that the drivers door pillar unclips to reveal the fuse box.

A bit too technical for me.

Pretty sure it's in the engine bay fuse box on 2012

Thanks Andy. Ron did check all the fuses in the engine bay fuse box and they all seem fine, but the flipping socket still won't work! I'll send him out for another look!

Either engine bay fuses 14 & 15 or drivers fuse box fuse 44

F14 should be 15A and F15 10A.

Early models like my 2008 have both sockets on fuse 44 20amp as yours are separate then the engine bay is favourite

There's some fuses in the dash on ours, under the cubby hole below the steering wheel remove two screws and it hinges down , there's various in there

Yours is X244 pre 2007?

Thanks for all your answers and help. Finally did what I should have done first and checked ALL the fuses, not just the one it should have been!! Turns out the fuse IS in the engine bay fuse box, and is actually the fuse marked as for the cigarette lighter socket, and the fuse for the 12v socket is the one for the cigarette lighter!!
