I keep getting email updates saying new posts have been made in a thread I’m following - but when I click on it just get “Oops, the thread can’t be found.”
Most recently this happened to the thread “Touring magazine - violation of privacy?”, but something similar happened last week to a similar thread “Touring magazine Rosevine Media “. But even in today’s digest post of popular threads there was one “I like the Motorhome, but hate that daft slammed to the floor thing“ - I’d never noticed it before, clicked on the link, but just got another “Oops...”!
I quite understand that very occasionally Jim may have cause to lock a thread, or even to ‘disappear’ one or more posts if there are legal issues such as potential libel or contempt of court. But why can there not be some way of making it clear where this is happening?
Quite concerned about what is happening here, to be honest - all feels a bit sinister.
