Hi all I’m looking at buying a wheel clamp for my eldis accordo 120 any body bought said item .
Thanks .

I have an Apache 15" w/clamp (ins approved ) in its alloy case £35 collected if interested

This was my choice. Not as bulky as some but from a top brand and Sold Secure approved so long as you have locking wheel nuts

Just a quick crosscheck, have you steel wheels or alloys? Different clamp styles required. My 120 has steel wheels and plastic hub caps.

They are alloys so I’ve a bit of measuring to do I think

I wasn't thinking so much of measuring than the physical style of alloy wheels being different from steel ones. Hence they need a different clamp. You've got alloys so the clamps mentioned by other posters (specifically for alloy wheels) should be okay fit wise BUT it's worth taking a close look to check fitability before you buy. Best wishes.

Yes that’s one of the reasons I asked specifically for someone with my van,as I looked at the wheels and the design of the wheel means the gap to fit a lock of some description,is tight ,and getting the right fit is so important ,as I’m sure everyone is aware of the hassle of returning an item if it’s bought online .

Something else for you to think about is the Clutch Claw. As a funster you can get 10% off when you purchase it (type in clutch claw in the search facility of this site for details). I got one following recommendations (and valuable assistance) from the guys here. Good bit of kit, locks the clutch and brake pedals together. Best wishes.

We have a Milenco Original wheel clamp when the van’s on our drive. Very visible and apparently exceeds Sold Secure Gold. On tour, we always close the blinds, even in car parks, so nobody knows what’s inside! Also Milenco inside/outside door lock on hab. door and abus deadlocks on cab doors. Oh, and pins through all window catches to prevent opening.
