If its not one thing its another.
65 year old and life doesn't get any easier, do i buy an annuity or drawdown ? Do i carry on working full time part time? Will my comformatic gearbox pack up in france next week? Will they ban all euro 5 motorhomes off the face of the earth next month? Will that daft Ed Miliband get some sense and do a u turn on his net zero and make everyone's life easier? Or is it just me getting old and thinking to much.

Na, you’re normal. We all worry about all sorts of things, some we can control others we can’t, but that doesn’t stop us worrying about them.

I personally find I worry less when I’m away in the van, or helping Mrs W in the garden.

The other thing you’ll find is people who avoid watching or listening to the news seem to worry a lot less. I don’t know why that is, but honestly it’s true.

You are right can't wait till a week on sunday now all I've got to worry about is the new EU entry system which i forgot to mention in my rant.

To the OP I’m a natural worryer, but I don’t worry about my euro5 engine, I’ll only worry about my comfortmatic and my windscreen when I’m in Africa or Asia, I am going on draw down and spending it as I don’t plan on too long a life, and when I’m at home I’ll pick up a bit of part time work to pay for the upkeep of the van.
