Swift Kontiki 669

Hi everyone. I need to pick your brains.

We have a 2013 Kontiki 669 and have been carrying this around with us for some time without any knowledge of what it actually is. There seems to be no shape that it will sit in, so it's a mystery.

Any ideas before it goes in the bin.

Thanks, Sandra

What am I doing wrong?
Not attaching your photo! :whistle2: :giggle:
For a computer to attach a photo you can either click the box below "Attach files" and select your photo from it's location or open the photo in your "photo viewer" software and copy and pate.

Thanks Gellyneck. I am doing this on my phone.

I clicked Attach files, chose the photo, it seemed to upload in that I saw the % of upload complete but at the end just got a long line of numbers and no image.

Any other ideas please.

Image was either too big or data connection too slow for a large image.
I nearly always reduce mine to 1024 x 768 then they upload in seconds.

Do a screen shot of the photo and then upload that 👍 usually works

Thanks clever people. Hope this screenshot works. I am in Norfolk with hopeless internet connection so I shouldn't be surprised!

Hey, I'm no expert, but that looks like a table top, or an additional work surface......

How disappointing - I was expecting something far more interesting.
I suggest you look for a gap, somewhere, that it could cover/fit into.
If you've not found a use for it, you could chuck it.
- then you're almost bound to discover the answer!

Thanks but not needed in shower and not extra work surface or table top either.

From the underneath it looks like it sits in something but there is nothing that shape on the mh.

Having poo-poo'd everybody elses ideas I'd better come up with one!

I'm definitely, well maybe, plumping for a seat fill in to make a bed up (or similar).

ORPP2

Have you got another bit, flat with a notch out of the two shorter sides?

Gellyneck, that is exactly where I found it today when I was having a clear out.

It is not needed to make up an extra bed either.

I have emailed Swift for a response and will reveal their answer. However, I knew you guys would reply much quicker than them.

Watch this space......

Mystery finally solved.

I have been advised by Swift that it is a floor infill for the outside locker behind the driver so that the space can be divided to provide storage on two levels.

So, for anyone who has one of these, now you know.
