What gear box oil

Hi guys hope you can help what is the best gearbox oil for a fiat ducato 2.8.jtd 2001 model

I replaced my gearbox oil with Red-Line.
Not cheap but it did improve my weak synchromesh going into 4th and I think it reduced gear noise a bit.
It's in there for life.
However mine is a 2008 X250 with the 6 speed box.

Just changed the gearbox oil in our 3 litre Renault, I think it was 85W 140, but taking advice from tonyidle, I added some Molyslip into the mix (bought off ebay, shipped from Germany) and the box is the smoothest it's ever been and it just ticked past 100k miles on our way to Chester last week.
