Webasto Dual Top RHA100 Fan/Motor Fault - No Heat

The heating was working fine earlier tonight but I noticed that it had now gone off. The error code on the control panel is 5 red LED flashes which in the manual says is a motor or fan fault. Any suggestions as to where I can find the motor or fan and when I do, is there anything I can do to find the fault?

Having watched a Technician strip down my Dual Top to replace the Drain Solenoid, I think you would be brave to attempt repairs yourself. Good luck.

That's where I took mine. I discovered the frost drain valve wouldn't re-seal, two days before we were going on holiday. I phoned, and although they were busy he said to take the van in straight away, and he replaced the solenoid valve while I waited.
