Webasto air heater repairer Santander?

Now queueing for ferry to Santander, but Webasto diesel heater refusing to fire! Fault code 1 which is failure to light after 2 attempts. This did happen about 2 weeks ago on a trip but it lit after several attempts and then worked fine over the next 3 days. Now after laying up for 2 weeks it won't light. We have about 1/4 tank of diesel and we are in a Chausson 640 based on a Ford Transit which is 2 years old. Any ideas apart from filling up with diesel and trying again. The Webasto dealer finder on the internet says the nearest one to Santander is in Munich .
Anyone know of a suitable garage near Santander or Bilbao where I could have it looked at on arrival on Saturday? TIA.

Thanks will look at what fuse it is on. It was trying to light, the lights in the van flickered and we could hear it "sparking". Now, ofc, it won't try again and the controller is just flashing the 1 flash error code for failed lighting.

They specialise in truck heaters so should be able to sort. No idea if open Saturday though?
