Waste water alarm keeps beeping. Any sun menu?

Tank alarm full alarm sounds even though it’s empty. Is there a sub menu to access to turn the alarm off? Usually by pressing 2 buttons?
Or maybe disconnect the tank sensor?
Any suggestions please.

There certainly is on Sargent panels, turned our alarm off for same reason . Should be in the handbook. If not give Auto Trail a buzz tomorrow .
