Quick question.

Picked up our MoHo on the 20th March and as luck would have it the lockdown kicked in on the 23rd now.........

Our MoHo has been sat like a frozen stick since and by the time this virus is over with I’m looking at loosing a few months warranty that the dealer gave us (only 6 months).

Where do you think we stand in getting the warranty extended cos by the time we use it in effect we’ll have a few weeks to iron out any issues we will find.

Sticky wicket time me thinks.

? Probably as good as a dealer suggesting if some ‘lives’ in their van, the warranty should be reduced

Hi Eddie,

Just sent a email off to them but as they are in lockdown I’m hoping someone picks it up and answers my questions.

Also hopefully see you guys June 20th.

Sadly, no chance.

You're not loosing warranty, you're just not using the van. Can you not use it for shopping and have a play with all the bits outside your house or at your storage point?

I doubt the warranty will be increased, its still out in the rain, weather etc. I would put it on hook up and run the fridge etc and run a damp meter around the inside where the joints are and windows. Just to check all is well.

Email responded to but due to the virus will have to wait until the relevant department is back open.
