We have a 630 just arrived on site to find that the hanging rail has come away from the roof in the wardrobe, has anyone else had similar issues.

A picture is going to help. Most people won’t have any idea what the setup is like in one model, especially when you haven't mentioned the manufacturer

As above, 630 what?

Apologies new to this we have a Chausson 630 I have attached a photo of the detached rail.

Not had this happen but it could be because there was too much weight on it, or has been in the past, which made the screws loosen and thus the rail fall off, especially if you've travelled on a bit of a bumpy road. I think the vast majority of MH wardrobes have the rails attached at the sides rather than into the roof.

I have had the hanging rail fall down a few times, so cut a donut of plywood, a disc with a hole in the middle to match the pole. this I slid onto the pole. the other end is embedded in the wardrobe wall. I then removed the U shaped bracket and screwed the new plywood, with pole to the wall. No way can it bounce out now

It hasn't bounced out ... the whole thing has come adrift including the fittings!

Try putting it back in the bracket. And if it happens again, either avoid potholes, or modify the bracket to stop the ends lifting.

Thanks for your replies, the MH is still under warranty so I have emailed the dealer to book in for next week for a repair.
