Voxi Sim Card (1 Viewer)

Advice please from those using Voxi Sim Card in an HUAWEI MiFi.
I can’t connect to internet, iPhone & iPad connected to the MiFi.

Hi the HUAWEI Mifi may locked to a network, where did you get it? or you may need to configure the APN which i had to do when i changed SIM cards in our mifi from 3 to Virgin
VOXI uses the Vodafone network
Here are a few easy to follow steps to make sure you know how to connect your APN Android VOXI phone:

1. Open Setting on your Home screen
2. Select Wireless and networks or More
3. Select Mobile networks > Access point names
4. Select the Menu button
5. Select New APN
6. Enter the following:

• Name: VOXI
• APN: pp.vodafone.co.uk.
• MMSC – http://mms.Vodafone.co.uk/servlets/mms
• MMS Proxy: 212.183.137.12
• MMS Port: 8799
• APN type: If you're given a choice, choose internet+mms, if the keyboard appear, enter*

1. Select Menu > Save
2. Choose the name we've just created

Do you know how to connect to the router? If so it's quite easy to pick your carrier (network) Even if locked to one carrier you can swap to a stronger one for your area. e.g. In France or UK you can pick EE or Vodafone etc etc. Whats the router model? Also check how much data you have left???

Is the Profile for Dialup set to the correct VOXI profile name in the setup - may need to access via 192.168.8.1 from PC to check.

198.168.8.1 may not work! Mine is end of line .3.1 Need model of router. Another is .1.1

Hi you will need these settings to connect the Mifi to data network, they are the same when using a phone, just that when you activate the SIM on a phone you normally get or send a text that does this automatically, but sometimes you need to set manually,
