The Vison plus website does not seem to suggest they have their own sound bar. But the spec does say the have blue tooth connectivity.

Whilst this isn’t a helpful comment an Avtex TV does work with an Avtex sound bar

As Coolcats says can you not connect TV to soundbar by Bluetooth?
Guess there will be this functionality set-up within the TV settings menu.
Think this is the only method as soundbar has no audio outputs.

Managed to get it up and running after going through the Tv settings and activating HDMI CEC HDMI ARC. massive difference

To be honest I cant remember where or how much as it was about 7 years ago, so its not a smart TV, however totally happy with it and the sound bar its a 21" reasonable picture quality I use and Apple TV or my mac to stream to it, it can take DVD's and has a USB dongle for stored programs and films. hope that helps.
