I have an Adria Matrix Supreme with Alde heating.
If I close all windows/hatches at night to keep the heat in ... How is the motorhome ventilated?

Probably quite a few places where air is getting in eg fridge vents for one. Why are you worried?

I hope not for safety the fridge should be room sealed.

There will be some permanent ventilation some roof vent have permanent ventilation, my van has 3 permanent small roof vents, one in the loo 2 in top lockers.

Unless the Heki rooflights have been fitted with draught seals, they act as mini ventilators.
