We know there a 90 in 180 day limits for people to stay in Schengen if not EU Citizens, even if Resident in EU countries the restriction applies outside the country of residence.
However, I have never seen anything applicable to vehicles for the entire Schengen area.
I know there are national country rules about registering a vehicle in that country within certain time limits, but is there an EU/Schenen rule that is similar.?
For example we took our MH into Schengen on 9th July 2021 - drove Slowakia-Austria-Italy-Greece and back, exiting Schengen to our resident country(Poland, but still Schengen) on 13th October.
We left the MH parked in Greece while we flew back for 5 weeks, so I did not breach 90/180, and Basia is EU Citizen.
The MH was in Schengen more than 90 days but not in any country long enough to require re-registration there.
Was that in breach of any legislation? If so, what?
