Vehicle Battery Alerts

Hello

I bought my Auto Trail Tracker FB brand new March 2018 so it is three years old now and out of warranty.
I love my motorhome and have had very little problems with it, however, for what seems like months I get daily alerts…

“The Vehicle Battery Alert has been triggered on your Motorhome.”

I get this message via SMS and email. DAILY. The Motorhome starts fine every time, the vehicle battery level has been checked and is perfectly fine.

Someone suggested that the Sargeant system/control touch screen panel etc needs to have an update.
Someone else suggested that it must be some kind of sensor that is malfunctioning.

Any ideas anyone please?????

Hello, Sargent electrical technical are very helpful 01482 678981 and should have an answer to the problem and will know if you need an update or if you look at <Broken link removed> there is a section there about this system which may have an answer.
